Well being the Madness Gaming Network Post office relay. Download the latest dev build of PPSSPP from PPSSPP website. This allows for post office relays to work. This can be played up to 6 players and has join in progress. You can join with real hardware as well if you have the aemu plugin with relay configured. If you have any questions let me know here.
