installation
1. download the 2 mods
2. extract both
3. open `V6` first
4. drag `SEF` folder to the `swat 4` folder
5. open the `SEF` folder in the `swat 4` folder
6. open the `V6.4` and then `SEF` inside of it
7. move the content from`V6.4/SEF` to the `swat 4/SEF`
8. it will say *"replace files"* press **yes**

start the mod
1. open `swat 4/SEF`
2. press `LaunchSEF.bat`
