Retro Gaming Community for Old Computers
LFG · TeamSpeak 3 · Mar 7, 2026
We are a respectful Retro Gaming community, although we accept anyone in our community we don't like ungrateful children looming around. Been ungrateful (no matter if you have 18+ or not) might cause you to be banned from the community.
##COMMUNITY FOR OLD AND NEW COLLIDING
Our main rule is respect, because we believe respecting each other space will open the possibility for a brighter future,
no matter which country or age you are. If you are a grown-up or at least act like an adult and treat other people
well and want to revive the golden days of using old computers again, this is the place for you.
Besides helping our fellow members with games and PC parts, this community we have people using Windows 2000, up to Windows 11 (For Windows 10/11 users, they are enthusiasts who are interested in building old machines to run old OSs as well, not necessarily interested in VMs) and
because of that we have our own TeamSpeak 3 server to welcome everyone. This TeamSpeak server is compatible with old systems like Windows XP/Vista/7, but in case you want to use even older
systems we got you cover as well with other servers that goes beyond the scope of this thread.

##THE GAMES WE SUPPORT
Although we don't have a specific game to focus on, we rely in community servers, which our community host for others to participate.
But talking about our main games to support, these are:
- Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Demo >>524 / Full 1.1 version (For full version, requires Hamachi to play)
- Quake III Arena - Dreamcast version
Of course these are the main ones, but you can use the TeamSpeak 3 server to share your server as well. We will be happy for more people
interested in other games.
##STRONG CONNECTIONS
We as a community have a strong relationship with Xfire users, if you don't know what Xfire is, you can check up one of many Group Communities our people host in the site:
- https://www.xf1re.com/communities/qwrg For Enemy Territory: Quake Wars players.
- https://www.xf1re.com/communities/xpclan For Windows XP users.
- https://www.xf1re.com/communities/oswinusr For any Windows Version prior to XP.
##HAMACHI
HAMACHI is a VPN program that was used back in 2010's to simulate LAN between computers and make them connect to each other. It was mainly used for games compatible with TCP/IP connection!
Certain games unfortunate doesn't allow to be able to connect direct with IP:Port anymore or maybe the host itself can't port forward since it's behind a CGNAT infrastructure or for security reasons, then
if any of these cases affect you, you need to use Hamachi. We recommend using Hamachi since, we use it sometimes to host games easily for other people, but also anyone can host a server,
using their infrastructure as well.
Hamachi is also the only program compatible with versions of Windows like Windows 2000 and XP, so more power for them to still exist in 2026!
One of our servers that use Hamachi infrastructure is the game Enemy Territory: Quake Wars "Full version" which requires Hamachi installed in your computer in order to connect to our server.
The link to access the Hamachi network for Quake Wars can be found in the link below:

##FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
In the end I want to say, specifically for GameDate users, 4chan and most of people using Reddit right now, if you F with us, we will F with you too.
And your comments are going to be removed by OP in case something like this happens, so please if you don't have anything worth it to say, just don't say it! That is all...
