Install Civilization 2 on modern times

This game is really old, originally released for Windows 3, just follow this steps (Or the MediaFire link if you are lazy):

Step by step guide:
--Download the CD - https://www.myabandonware.com/game/civilization-ii-multiplayer-gold-edition-3hr#download
--Download the Patch 1.3 - https://www.myabandonware.com/game/civilization-ii-multiplayer-gold-edition-3hr#download
--Download the Civ2 Launcher - https://github.com/FoxAhead/Civ2-UI-Additions/releases
--Download the Civ2 Editbox Patcher - https://github.com/FoxAhead/Civilization-II-64-bit-Editbox-Patcher/releases
--Download the Codec Tweak Tool (It should be already included) - https://codecguide.com/download_other.htm
--Download WinCDemu - https://wincdemu.sysprogs.org/download/
--Download OTVDM (Used to run 16 bits programs in modern systems) - https://github.com/otya128/winevdm/releases
--Mounth the CD file using WinCDEmu
--Open the setup using OTVDM (Just to be sure everything works, it also opens without it)
--Install the game
--Copy the folders that werent copied during setup from the CD to the games path
--Install the Patch using OTVDM (Like the Setup, it also opens without OTVDM)
--Unzip the Civ2 Launcher INSIDE the game path
--Unzip and Open Civ2 Editbox Patcher
--Inside Civ2 Editbox Patcher write the path OF THE MAP EDITOR. The main game is playable using the Launcher, the Map Editor doesnt
--Click on "Create Patch" for the MAP EDITOR
How to fix the movies not showing
-Open Codec Tweak Tool
-Click on "ACM/VFW (x86)" in the section "Codec and Filter Management"
-Search for "Indeo 4" and click it
-Click Apply & Close and Exit
How to play
-Open "Civ2UIALauncher" to play the game
(You can create a shortcut to play the game directly inside the launcher)
