Is Rise of Nations: Extended Edition still played?

Would like to learn the basics of the game and maybe do some fun rounds on stream, but I am unsure, if people are still invested in this game at all? If there is interest, let me know. I would also be up to buy the 4 pack on steam and give a few copies to players! :)
