Let us set filters to highlight tags/games

Similar to the existing filter system but it'll highlight posts (sessions, threads, comments, tags, etc) with the specified keyword. There should also be the options to change highlight color and sticky sessions/threads matching the keyword to bring them to the top of lists they appear in
