Go to r1delta.net, download and run the installer, which handles installing the community server component and the game files themselves (at a reduced size of 12gb compared to 56gb-ish) and boot it up. It's really that simple. If you want to host a server, port forward port 27015 (and 27016 and onwards if you want to run multiple servers). Then either run the dedicated server tool, or for listen servers, host a Private match through the game.
