A Method To Set Up a Weekly Sessions

Several people who use site post about weekly events (including myself). It'd be really nice to be able to setup a weekly event with a persistent link. The OP could have the responsibility of refreshing the event if there isn't anyone consistently showing interest. Users with a profile could have a could be persistently interested once they select their interest level. After a week they could be prompted with a little popup asking, "Are you still interested in this event?" I'm a part of a community that does weekly multiplayer events, but using this site is awkward since the link constantly changes and there isn't a reason to come back to the site unless a link is posted.
